It is important to be able to motivate yourself, and in exchange for the freedom to make your own hours, you give us some of the one on one time with the professor. In some cases, younger students who have just completed their high school education may not be accepted at distance learning colleges and universities because they have not shown enough real world job experience to prove that they are able to handle the unique challenges that distance education learning brings.
