Free Online Home Schools
Two types of free online programs exist but they also come with some limitations. The two types of free online home schools are charter schools and programs created and maintained by the state department of education. Many of these free online state operated schools only offer courses and not diplomas. Some do offer diplomas to be sure to check your state’s department of education website for specific details. Charter schools are public schools that usually operate with fewer rules. These are only free depending on where you live. For instance some are only free for people living in the state of Florida. Most charter schools are only open to high schools aged students. There are books and websites that offer more information and resources for free online home schools.
